Return Policy

We understand that shopping online can be uncertain, and not every purchase is a perfect fit. At Gyzyem, we allow returns and even assist with the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and request a return shipping label. The cost of the label is shared between you, the customer, and us. For example, if the return label costs us $6 (with discounted shipping), when issuing your store credit, we will deduct half of the label cost ($3) from the credited amount.

Returns are accepted for store credit, provided the items are unworn (except for trying on for fit), unwashed, and with tags on (note that not all items are tagged). We do not issue refunds. Once your returned item(s) are received, we will email you a store credit code. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Customers have 30 days to return items for store credit.

For added convenience, no packing slip, original packaging, or RMA number is required for returns. Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return upon receipt.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, you can either make the purchase yourself or wait until you receive your store credit. Waiting for store credit, however, may result in the item being out of stock once the refund is received.

Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as FINAL SALE in the description or code are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to deep discounts and limited availability. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refunds

In cases where our inventory varies from what is in stock, we may partially ship the available portion of your order and refund you for any unavailable item(s). Although we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional overselling may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

Damage Merchandise

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage at [email protected], and we will initiate an exchange. Due to our small inventory, we can only exchange items in the case of defects or damages. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us with a picture immediately, and we will work towards the best resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for damage resulting from wear or washing.
